In keeping with our location in the birthplace of Kentucky, at Wilderness Trail Distillery, we enjoy blending old traditions with the science of making bourbon. After over 20 years of working with distilleries worldwide to provide advice and fermenting products, our founders Shane Baker and Pat Heist launched our premium craft distillery in 2012, with the core focus of making the highest quality Bourbon and Rye Whiskey.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Rich, unfiltered deep amber.
Nose: Sweet vanilla and charred oak.
Taste: Vanilla leading to a cordial meeting of oak, cinnamon and blood
orange with a coating mouthfeel that covers the palate.
Finish: Long and sweet with a finish of oak spices, toee dark fruits.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Rich, unfiltered deep amber.
Nose: Sweet baking spices, oak, dark fruits.
Taste: Smooth and sweet leading to a cordial meeting of oak, tobacco, and brambly red-black fruits giving way to a hint of leather and smoke.
Finish: Long and rye led with a sustaining oaky sweetness and
comforting warmth.

56% Rye, 33% Corn, 11% Malted Barley

TASTING NOTES
Color: Rich, unfiltered deep amber.
Nose: Sweet baking spices, oak, dark fruits.
Taste: Clove, white pepper give way to herbaceous bouquet. Candied flowers, spearmint and Earl Grey tea.
Finish: Long and succulent, florals and spearmint sweetness.
