A crowd-pleasing, light smooth Canadian whisky made through traditional processes.
J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe is a light blend of double-column distilled corn with a touch of rye, making a soft and rich whisky.
It has a fragrance of dried fruits, caramel, vanilla and well-balanced mature oak. It drinks perfectly on its own, or in a Highball with soda or in a boilermaker.
J.P. Wiser's 10 Year Old
J.P. Wiser’s 10-Year-Old is a highly acclaimed expression of Canadian whisky.
It's made with our famous soft double-column distilled corn and above average amount of once-column distilled rye, to make for a much more rich and spicy whisky.
Aged in three types of casks brings layers of complexity to the whisky.
J.P. Wiser's 15 Year Old
A luxury expression, J.P. Wiser’s 15 Year Old is a traditional style of Canadian whisky.
The majority of the blend is sweet, soft corn with a touch of bold rye added. This creates a nicely balanced blend delivering notes of sweet caramel and toffee, followed by warming rye spice and mature oak with a subtle hint of green apple in the background.
Being aged in three types of casks makes for a much more complex whisky.
Using first-fill Bourbon casks adds a dried fruit element; used Canadian whisky casks brings out the character of the grain and yeast; and, new virgin oak adds notes of rich vanilla and sweet caramel that round out perfectly with the notes of baking spices from the rye grain.
J.P. Wiser's 18 Year Old
J.P. Wiser’s 18 Year Old is a beautiful blend of 100% soft double-column distilled corn whisky, aged in used Canadian whisky cask for 18 years.
This emphasizes grain and yeast characteristics, such as mature oak, autumn florals, spice and rich caramel.
Our distillery is in Windsor, Ontario, the most southerly point of Canada where the fluctuating climate provides a special aging environment.
The formation of ethyl acetate over 18 years delivers delicious unique notes of green apple, commonly disguised in other whiskies of similar age.
J.P. Wiser's Triple Barrel Rye
A Canadian whisky with the American palate in mind, J.P. Wiser’s Triple Barrel Rye is a 60% once-column distilled rye, which adds all the rich notes of baking spices to this expression.
The rest is made up of 37% soft double-column distilled corn, and a touch (3%) of column and pot distilled wheat to add a soft and creamy nuance to this whisky.
Being aged in three types of casks makes for a much more complex blend as well. This an ideal whisky to make classic cocktails with, such as an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
But, it also works great in tall and refreshing drinks.
