Previously known as Founder’s Reserve, The Harvest is a unique marriage of Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey.
To honour Ireland’s rich agricultural and distilling heritage, we have chosen to rename our signature whiskey. Our name may have changed but our award-winning whiskey hasn’t!
A marriage of heavenly proportions – 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still. Triple distilled, matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels, and crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley.
Bottled at 40% ABV.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Zesty spice, black pepper & peaches.
Taste: Pot Still spice, dark chocolate and bourbon oak.
Finish: Oak and butterscotch.
The Irishman Single Malt
This triple-distilled Single Malt paved the way, leading the Renaissance in rediscovering Irish Single Malts.
It shaped a new future, taking us on a journey of discovery unlike any other. Matured in American Oak Bourbon and European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks to give exceptional flavour and complexity.
Triple distilled and crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. Rich, honeyed maltiness and soft notes of candied fruit come from the double maturation.
Bottled at 40% ABV.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Delicate honied malt aromas.
Taste: Candied fruit, bursting with sweetness and notes of fig.
Finish: Sundried raisins and seasoned oak spices.
The Irishman Caribbean Cask
A super-premium Irish whiskey, finished in rum casks from the tiny tropical Caribbean island of Saint Lucia, The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish is the combination of St Lucian character and Irish heritage.
A unique marriage of Single Malt and Single Pot Still triple-distilled whiskey, crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. Initially matured in American oak bourbon barrels before being finished in Chairman’s Reserve rum casks for an additional 6 months.
Decadent and tropical. The sweet St Lucian rum delivers a spectacular treat for the senses. A truly exotic dram.
Bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose: Exotic Rum, apricots and summer fruits.
Taste: Avalanche of tropical fruits and vibrant spices.
Finish: Fig, banana and oak spices intermingle in a spectacular Caribbean twist.
