Pike Creek - 10yr Rum Barrel Finish is a unique expression of Canadian whisky, with a majority of sweet, soft double-column distilled corn and a touch of once-column distilled rye.

This results in a nicely balanced blend delivering notes of sweet caramel and toffee, warming rye spice and mature oak, with a subtle hint of green apple in the background.
